Hi Janela,

I've made two contributions. I know that the last one had the invoice number #108 for £100. The one right before, same appeal was for £25 - and might be #107 or very close as I did them minutes apart.

The card for both is: 2239

Both were in UK sterling.

You are right. Contributions made through Apple Pay get associated with the email linked to your Apple Pay account. To prevent future contributions from getting associated with the wrong email address, I recommend updating your Apple Pay email address.

If you can't reply from nathan52.neonvibes@blogger.com, our team needs some more details to be able to verify your account and safely grant access.

Please respond to this email with the following information:
  • Last four digits of credit card that you used for your past contribution(s)
  • Most recent amount contributed and currency type
  • Most commonly used device type used for Indiegogo.com (iOS, Android, etc)

Hi, thanks for the email.

As mentioned, I have no access to the nathan52.neonvibes@blogger.com. It's an old google system and completely defunct. This happened due to an issue with Apple Pay. There is no opportunity to correct the address. It was my first time using it and thought it would be say to correct! I have no means to update on indiegogo. Currently, I made a pledge, but have no means of getting the pledge items.

Hi,

Apple Pay used the wrong email address on my backing and I cannot access details. This form asks for the email address I used to pay, but I will not receive emails there. The last transaction was #108. I don't know the number for the previous one. I also tried updating via the link on the contributions page. There was no link! (I have a screen grab attached). The incorrect email is: nathan52.neonvibes@blogger.com (unused/likely non existent).
